Telehealth That Puts
You First, Not Last
Televiora is an independently Australian-owned telehealth service built on a simple idea: quality medical care should fit around your day, not the other way around. We connect you with Australian registered health practitioners for video and phone consultations, follow up properly, and support you through every step of your care.
Three things we never compromise on.
Telehealth built on the values that make good medicine work: care, clinical quality, and access.
Patient first
Every decision we make starts with the person on the other side of the screen. Care that listens, respects your time, and meets you where you are.
Practitioner-led
Australian registered health practitioners lead every consultation. No shortcuts, no tick-box exercises. Just qualified clinicians making considered medical decisions with you.
Always accessible
Care that fits around work, family, and life. Book during clinic hours, consult from anywhere in Australia, and reach your care team when something changes.
Built from a frustration
most Australians know.
Televiora started with a familiar experience. One of our founders was helping a family member in regional NSW manage their health, juggling time off work to drive hours to appointments that lasted fifteen minutes. The clinical care was good. The system around it made access difficult.
We recognised that many Australians were quietly delaying care because the logistics felt overwhelming. Long waits, inconvenient hours, travel, time off work. By the time many people sought help, the issue had become more complex.
So we built Televiora: an independently Australian-owned telehealth service with Australian registered health practitioners, proper follow-up, and a genuine respect for your time. We launched because we believe Australians deserve a straightforward path to quality medical care, no matter where they live.
