questions.
What to expect from a Televiora consultation, how scripts work, and where Medicare fits in.
Contact support Do I need a GP referral to book?
No. Televiora is your point of contact. Our practitioners can provide referrals for further care, allied health, or imaging if your consultation shows you need them.
What if I need bloodwork or imaging?
Your practitioner can issue pathology and radiology requests during your consult. You take the request to any Australian collection centre and your results are reviewed in a follow-up.
How is my prescription delivered?
Most prescriptions are issued as eScripts. Scripts may be managed through a partner pharmacy or sent to the pharmacy of your choice. You collect them as you normally would.
Is this a replacement for my regular GP?
For ongoing chronic care and care plans, we recommend keeping your face-to-face GP. Televiora is ideal for fast access, repeat scripts, and care between regular appointments.
Can I claim my consult on Medicare?
Televiora is a private telehealth service, so consults are not bulk-billed. Some private health funds offer telehealth rebates. We can issue a receipt for your records.

Book a general consultation in a few simple steps. Australian registered health practitioners are available during clinic hours, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and weekends 10am to 2pm (AEST), and your next steps follow shortly after.
Individual results vary based on your unique biology and commitment to the program. Assessment findings do not guarantee a particular outcome. Telehealth is not suitable for all health concerns. Your practitioner may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, specialist referral, further investigation or no treatment depending on your circumstances. We do not advertise specific prescription medicines to the public in accordance with Australian regulatory requirements.
