What We Cover

Six common certificate types.

If your situation is not listed below, book a quick consult and the practitioner will let you know exactly what they can issue.

Sick leave (1 to 3 days)

Standard short-term sick certificates for cold, flu, and minor illness. Issued during clinic hours.

Carers leave

Certificates for taking time off to care for an immediate family member or household dependent.

Return-to-work clearance

Clearance after an injury or extended illness, with restrictions clearly noted for your employer.

School and uni absence

Letters of absence for school, TAFE, or university, formatted for academic and exam policy.

Pre-employment health

Basic pre-employment health declarations and immunisation status verification. Some checks need an in-person assessment. Your practitioner will let you know if that applies to you.

Travel medical clearance

Fitness-to-fly certificates and travel medical clearance letters for airlines and insurers. Some clearances need an in-person assessment. Your practitioner will let you know if that applies to you.

How It Works

Three simple steps.

Once your consultation is complete, your certificate is emailed to you. No paperwork, no GP referral, no clinic visit.

01

Complete the form

02

03

Contact support
Is this certificate legitimate?

Yes. Every certificate is issued by an Australian registered health practitioner with their provider number and signature included. It is a legitimate medical certificate.

Can my employer verify it?

Yes. Each certificate includes the issuing practitioner's name, provider number, and a verification reference. Employers can confirm the practitioner's registration on the AHPRA public register. To confirm a specific certificate, they can contact us directly.

Can I get a certificate backdated?

In rare cases, and only with clear clinical justification, your practitioner may issue a certificate covering a short period before your consultation. This is an exception. It is not the standard process. It will always be clearly marked as retrospective.

Can I use it for personal or carer's leave?

Your certificate is issued to meet standard Australian medical certificate requirements. It states the practitioner details, the consultation date, the dates covered, and the scope of your incapacity. Your employer decides what evidence they accept under your workplace policy.

What if I need it for a longer absence?

For absences over 7 days, your practitioner may request a more detailed consultation or pathology. We can also direct you to your regular GP if extended care is needed.
