Answer a few questions, pay the request fee, and an Australian registered health practitioner reviews your request during clinic hours (Mon-Fri 11am-7pm, Sat-Sun 11am-4pm (AEST)).

Certificates are emailed following practitioner review, where clinically appropriate. You may be contacted if further information or a consultation is required. Certificates cannot be backdated.

Your answers and your payment confirmation go straight to the reviewing practitioner. Nothing is issued automatically.

Where clinically appropriate, your certificate is emailed to the address you provided. If further information or a consultation is required, we will contact you first.
