Choose Your Service

Six pathways, one standard of care.

Choose a service to begin. Not sure? Start with number 1, General Telehealth, and your practitioner will point you the right way.

Every Televiora service is delivered by Australian registered health practitioners who take the time to understand your full health picture. They are numbered to help you find a starting point.

How It Works

Four steps to care that actually fits.

The same simple process applies to every Televiora service. No waiting rooms, no paperwork, no surprises.

Step 01

Share your story

Complete a short health assessment so your practitioner understands your goals, history, and what you have already tried.

Step 02

Meet your practitioner

Connect with an Australian registered health practitioner by video or phone during clinic hours, as soon as a practitioner is available.

Step 03

Get your plan

Your practitioner builds a personalised care plan. If treatment is deemed medically appropriate, scripts may be managed through a partner pharmacy or sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

Step 04

Stay supported

Regular check-ins, plan reviews, and messaging access keep your care on track over time.

Why Televiora

The values behind every consultation.

We built Televiora to be the kind of healthcare experience we wish existed: accessible, transparent, and centred around you.

Australian registered health practitioners

Every consultation is delivered by an Australian registered health practitioner with clinical experience in the area that matters to you.

Practitioner-supervised care

Your practitioner reviews your full health picture before recommending any course of action. No shortcuts, no assumptions.

Quick access when you need it

Most patients connect with a practitioner during clinic hours, as soon as one is available, with a care plan to follow shortly after.

Whole-person approach

Medication may be one piece. Nutrition, lifestyle, and mental wellbeing are all part of the conversation.

FAQ

Service questions,
answered.

Quick answers about how to choose a service, what to expect, and how your consultation works.

Ask the team
Which Televiora service should I choose?

If you are not sure, start with a general telehealth consultation. Your practitioner will guide you to the right pathway based on your goals and health history.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No. You can book any Televiora service directly. Your practitioner reviews your medical history during the consultation and can arrange referrals if needed.

Are consultations bulk-billed?

No. Televiora is a private telehealth service. Pricing is transparent and shown on each service page, with no hidden fees.

How quickly can I see a practitioner?

Consultations are available during clinic hours, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and weekends 10am to 2pm (AEST), as soon as a practitioner is available.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. All consultations and records are stored securely in line with Australian Privacy Principles and the My Health Records Act. You control who sees your information.

Can I use Televiora from anywhere in Australia?

Yes. Consultations are available to Australian residents in every state and territory. Prescriptions and certificates are valid nationwide.

Care, on your schedule

Not sure where to start?
We will help you find the right fit.

Take our two-minute health assessment and an Australian registered health practitioner will guide you to the service that fits your goals and history.

Individual results vary based on your unique biology and commitment to the program. Assessment findings do not guarantee a particular outcome. Telehealth is not suitable for all health concerns. Your practitioner may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, specialist referral, further investigation or no treatment depending on your circumstances. We do not advertise specific prescription medicines to the public in accordance with Australian regulatory requirements.
