Tired of Starting Over?
Get Ongoing Care
You
A membership that gives you ongoing access to your Televiora practitioner, a dedicated care coordinator, and the kind of follow-through that keeps you supported long after the first consultation.
Genuine care, not just a chat box.
Ongoing Support is built around registered clinicians and a coordinator who knows your name, not an impersonal script service.
Practitioner messaging
Send a question and your practitioner replies during clinic hours.
Monthly check-ins
Short scheduled reviews so your plan keeps pace with how you are actually feeling and progressing.
Plan reviews
Your practitioner can review and update your care plan without needing another paid consultation.
Pathology tracking
We order, store, and interpret your pathology so you can see your trends over time.
Care coordinator
A dedicated team member you can reach for non-clinical questions, scheduling, and support.
Prescription management
Repeat scripts and refills managed by your care team. Scripts may be managed through a partner pharmacy or sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
Pick the level of support
that fits.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your plan any time. All tiers include a registered practitioner, not a chatbot.

Three ways patients lean
on Ongoing Support.
The subscription is flexible by design. Here are the three patterns that show up most often in active patients.
Chronic condition management
Diabetes, hypertension, asthma. Stay on top of medication and avoid the cycle of repeat referrals.
Post-treatment follow-up
Whether you are transitioning between treatment approaches or recovering from a procedure, we stay close.
Preventive care
Annual health checks, lifestyle coaching, and regular bloodwork to stay ahead of issues.
Ongoing support means your care team is there when you need them. Regular check-ins, plan adjustments, and a practitioner who follows your progress, not one who disappears after the first consultation. Televiora

questions.
How cancellations work, what happens to your data, and when to use us versus emergency care.
Talk to a coordinator Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes. Memberships are month to month. Cancel from your dashboard or by emailing your care coordinator. There are no exit fees or lock-in periods.
What happens to my health data if I cancel?
Your records stay yours. You can request a full export in PDF format, and we store data in line with Australian privacy law for the legally required retention period.
Is this a replacement for emergency care?
No. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 000. Televiora ongoing support is designed for non-urgent care, monitoring, and continuity between consults.
Can I share the membership with family?
Memberships are individual. Each family member needs their own subscription so that medical records, prescriptions, and consults remain accurate and private.
Do I have to be on another Televiora program to subscribe?
No. Ongoing Support stands alone. Many members use it as their primary point of contact for everyday health questions, scripts, and check-ins.
A practitioner who is there
when you need them.
Start an Ongoing Support membership and have a registered clinician you can reach during clinic hours whenever you have a question.
