We are a small, focused team that values quality and looks after each other. We keep priorities clear, give regular feedback, and give you the freedom to do the work your way.

Most of us work from home across Australia, with quarterly gatherings in Sydney or Melbourne. Meetings are intentional. Async is the default. Deep work is protected.

Two to three role-specific conversations with the people you would work with day to day.
