Coordinated recovery and mobility support
A recovery and mobility consultation that coordinates with your existing treating professionals, with physiotherapy or exercise-physiology referral and a qualified return-to-activity plan.
Simple, transparent program fees.
Recommended clinic service fees. Pharmacy and pathology are billed separately.
Program fees relate to the consultations, monitoring, care coordination and administrative services described. They do not include pharmacy charges, pathology-provider fees or other external practitioner services unless expressly stated. Enrolment does not guarantee that any medicine will be prescribed or continued. All treatment decisions are made independently by an authorised practitioner following an appropriate clinical assessment. Additional fees may apply where further consultations, pathology, medicines or external services are required.

Online health intake
A comprehensive online intake covering your history, goals and current concerns, so your practitioner has the full picture before your consultation.
Initial practitioner consultation
A live video consultation with an Australian registered health practitioner who reviews your intake and discusses your options with you.
Your personalised care plan
If deemed medically appropriate, your practitioner may recommend a personalised care plan. Lifestyle advice, monitoring, referral or no treatment are equally valid outcomes.
Follow-up and coordination
Scheduled follow-up consultations, care-coordinator check-ins and an end-of-program progress summary keep your plan on track.
Care that continues, not a single cycle.
Uses multidisciplinary rehabilitation coordination rather than claims such as rapid repair or ultimate healing. Your practitioner independently determines whether any medicine is clinically appropriate. Enrolment does not guarantee a prescription or a particular treatment.
May not be suitable for
- Pregnant or breastfeeding patients
- Patients with active or recent cancer diagnoses
- Patients on certain immunosuppressive treatments
- Anyone under 18
How does the telehealth consultation work?
You complete an online health intake first. You then have a live video consultation with an Australian registered health practitioner who reviews your history, discusses your goals and explains your options. It is a proper clinical appointment, not a questionnaire.
Will I definitely receive a prescription?
No. Enrolment does not guarantee a prescription or a particular treatment. Your practitioner independently determines whether any medicine is clinically appropriate. Lifestyle advice, further investigation, referral, monitoring or no treatment are equally valid outcomes.
What is included in the program fee?
The fee covers the consultations, monitoring, care coordination, portal access and administrative services described. Pharmacy charges, pathology-provider fees and any other external practitioner services are billed separately and remain subject to independent practitioner assessment.
Ready when you are.
Free health assessment. Reviewed by an Australian registered health practitioner who takes the time to understand what is really going on.
Individual results vary based on your unique biology and commitment to the program. Assessment findings do not guarantee a particular outcome. Telehealth is not suitable for all health concerns. Your practitioner may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, a referral to another doctor, further investigation or no treatment depending on your circumstances. We do not advertise specific prescription medicines to the public in accordance with Australian regulatory requirements.
