Directions for use

Each capsule contains: Quercetin Di hydrate - 175mg Vitamin C - 105mg Bromelain - 52mg Zinc Citrate - 7.5mg Sunflower Lecithin - 35mg Vitamin E - 3.5mg

Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25°C out of direct sunlight. Ensure lid is tightly closed after use. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
