Directions for use

Dissolve 1 heaped teaspoon in water, juice, or other liquid once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. SHAKE CONTAINER BEFORE USE.

Each 5 grams approximately contains: Proprietary Blend of Elemental Magnesium - 330mg Malic Acid - 1000mg Zinc Citrate - 50mg Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate - 10mg Natural Lemon/ Lime Flavour Sodium Bicarbonate Natural Sweeteners (Stevia & Xylitol)

Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25°C out of direct sunlight. Ensure lid is tightly closed after use. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
